What type of materials are used in your products?
All of the products sold by WhirleyGirl designs are created with non-toxic materials, including: acrylic paints, water-based sealants, high-quality canvas, and various solid-wood products.
Can I order a product with a different color scheme?
No. Products can only be ordered with the colors shown. This service may be offered in the future.
Can the products be personalized?
Yes! Many of the products require personalization, and you will be prompted to enter this information when ordering.
Are other products available that aren't listed on this site?
Everything currently available for order is shown on the site. However, new products are developed on a continual basis, so please check back soon for updates!

How long does it take for an order to ship?
All items are made-to-order, and will usually ship within 2-3 weeks.
How are your products shipped?
All of our products are shipped via UPS Ground.
What is your return policy?
All items on this site are customized and made-to-order, and therefore are non-refundable. However, we will replace any items that are damaged due to shipping. Contact us to report any damages.
What should I do if I accidentially mispelled the personalization and then placed an order?
Contact us ASAP.
Why is it required to include a phone number when placing an order?
We will make every attempt to process your order without having to contact you. However, there are occasions where there is a question regarding the personalization of an item, and by providing a phone number it makes asking these rare questions possible.
Your phone number will never be used for any form of solicitation, and is for our records only.
Can I make a purchase without using a credit card?
At this time, the only payment option is with a credit card using the Paypal service.
