• What types of materials are used in your murals/products?
All products and murals created by whirleygirl designs are created using non-toxic materials including: acrylic paints, water-based sealants, high-quality canvas, and various solid-wood products. Each item is made in the whirleygirl designs studio in Chicago, IL.
• Do you create moveable murals?
YES! Another popular option to the tradition mural painted on an actual wall is to create a “moveable mural” which is painted on canvas and then hung on the wall in various ways. This is still a completely unique design created and customized just for you and follows the same process as a traditional mural. Please contact us with any additional questions or to set up a FREE consultation.
**This is also a great option for those desiring a mural from whirleygirl designs that live outside the Chicago and greater Chicagoland area**
• Can I order a product with a different color scheme than what I see in your shop?
Of course! We don’t keep a large inventory of our unique items so typically, each item is made-to order so colors can be adjusted just for you. When “checking out” while finalizing your purchase, please put specifics (desired colrs,etc..) in “message to seller” area or simply e-mail me!
• How long does it take for an order to ship?
All items are typically made-to-order, and will usually ship within 5-7 days after payment is received. If you need a rush order, feel free to contact me.
• How are your products shipped?
All of our products are shipped via Priority U.S. mail with delivery confirmation. Overnight delivery is available for an additional cost. Please e-mail if overnight service is needed.
• What is your return policy?
All items sold on this site are customized and made-to-order, and therefore are non-refundable. We take great pride in the craftsmanship of each product we create and package carefully. However, we will replace any items that are damaged due to shipping. Please e-mail to report any damages.
• Do you accept wholesale orders?
At this time, whirleygirl designs are accepting a limited amount of new wholesale accounts. Please contact us for additional information.
